250 g cherry tomatoes
50 g rocket

1. Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Put the tomatoes in a baking dish, sprinkle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Fry the cherry tomatoes and Agristo Rösti in the oven until the cherry tomatoes open and the rösti are golden brown and hot. Or fry the Agristo Rösti according to the instructions on the package.
2 Fry bacon and mushrooms in a pan until brown. Season with freshly ground pepper.
3. Put water in a shallow pan and heat it to the boiling point, do not let it boil. Add the vinegar and reduce the heat. Break each egg in a small cup first and then put the egg carefully into the water. Poach until the egg white is solidified but the yolk is still soft. Drain on paper towels.
