Agristo Potato Wedges with peel, spicy
12 slices Italian ham, e.g. Prosciutto
400 g cherry tomatoes
4 balls buffalo mozzarella
Sauce of your choice
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Freshly ground pepper
1. Bake the Agristo potato wedges according to the instructions on the package.
2. Meanwhile, slice the buffalo mozzarella and cut the cherry tomatoes in halves.
3. Place the Italian ham, cherry tomatoes, sliced mozzarella and olives on the plates and drizzle with olive oil, basil leaves, Italian herbs, freshly ground pepper and salt.
4. Serve the Agristo Spicy Wedges with a sauce of your choice.
