Agristo Allumette Cut French Fries
4 round buns
4 burgers, preferably pure beef
1 courgette, in diagonal slices
2 tomatoes
2 avocados, ripe
Some lettuce leaves
1 red onion
1 lime
A few sprigs of coriander
Ketchup or sauce of your choice
Freshly ground pepper
Salt

1. Make the guacamole. Mash the avocado with two tablespoons of chopped coriander. Season with freshly ground pepper and salt. Keep cool until used. Cut the zucchini into diagonal slices and the red onion into half moons.
2. Make a mix of the zucchini, 2 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil, chopped coriander, salt and pepper. Grill the zucchini slices and burgers until done and brown. Grill the inside of the rolls as well until they are crispy. Meanwhile, fry the Agristo Allumettes according to the instructions on the package.
3. Build the burger. Spread the bottom half of the bun with guacamole, then tomato slices, lettuce, hamburger, grilled zucchini, red onion and close the bun.
4. Serve the burger with Agristo Allumettes and a sauce of your choice.
