Agristo injects new life into the former Unilin site in Wielsbeke

Het Belgische Agristo heeft de voormalige bedrijventerreinen van Unilin in Wielsbeke aangekocht. De producent van voorgebakken en diepgevroren aardappelproducten zet hiermee een volgende stap in de uitbreiding van haar productiecapaciteit. Het gaat om een perceel van 25 hectare, dat op termijn volledig opnieuw ingevuld wordt met nieuwe productiegebouwen, opslagfaciliteiten en groenzones.

Flemish minister for the environment, nature and agriculture Joke Schauvliege pays a visit to Belgian potato processing firms

On Friday 22nd February the Flemish minister for the environment and agriculture Joke Schauvliege paid a visit to a few trend-setting potato processing companies in her home province Eastern Flanders. Remofrit in Verrebroek and Agristo in Nazareth welcomed her.

Warehouse cranes hoisted in warehouse at Agristo Nazareth

Agristo has embarked upon a new major phase in the construction of the new deepfreeze warehouse in Nazareth, the installation of the automated stacker cranes. Tuesday, 8th of December, the last of the eight cranes was hoisted into the high-bay warehouse. The installation will be put into operation from the end of February in order to ensure the completion of the entire project, planned for late March 2016.

Coca-Cola, Fujifilm, IFF, Agristo, Cofely and water BOARD de dommel turn first shovel of soil for collective waste water treatment plant

Coca-Cola, FUJIFILM, International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF Nederland), Agristo, Cofely and Water Board De Dommel today gave the starting signal with Cofely for the construction of a common waste water treatment plant (AWZI) on the premises of FUJIFILM in Tilburg.

Agristo from Harelbeke has been awarded ‘The Lion for Export’ in the category of large companies

Today, Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT) has awarded ‘The Lions for Export’ in Ghent. The prizes are an award for Flemish companies who have exported exceptionally much over the last year.
